Beacons review for UGC creators: plans, fees and the media kit

Beacons is an all-in-one creator page: link in bio, store, email, and a brand-deal kit with a media kit, rate cards and invoices. This review covers what a UGC creator gets on each plan, what it costs, and what we couldn’t confirm from Beacons’ own pages. We didn’t score it: there are no stars here, only what Beacons publishes.

Plans and the fee

Beacons planMonthlyBilled yearlySeller / transaction feeEmail sends
Free$0 ("free forever")—9%50 a month
Creator$10$100 ($8.33/mo)9%500 a month
Creator Plus$30$300 ($25/mo)0%Unlimited
Creator Max$100$1,000 ($83.30/mo)0%Unlimited

The free plan really is usable: link in bio, the media kit, unlimited digital products, affiliate links, 50 email sends a month and real-time analytics. The cost is the 9% seller fee, which stays on the $10 Creator plan and drops to 0% only from Creator Plus at $30 a month ($300 billed yearly).

The media kit

  • Beacons calls it "a one-page digital resume" showing your audience, engagement and past partnerships.
  • It pulls live stats from connected accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch are the ones its help center names) and refreshes them automatically.
  • The core media kit is free. A custom domain for it is, in its help center’s words, a Pro feature.
  • You can gate sections behind an email address, a brand deal request, a password or an approved list, and see who viewed the kit and when.

Rates and invoices

Its pricing page lists a pricing calculator, rate cards and invoices among the brand-deal features, without saying which plan each needs; we couldn’t confirm that mapping. The invoicing help article calls the tool free: brands pay by PayPal, Stripe or bank account, on Net 30, 60 or 90 terms, and you can download each invoice as a PDF. It also has a W-9 generator for US deals.

Getting your data out

Beacons documents a spreadsheet export of your subscribers (a download icon in the audience view) and CSV downloads from its Audience Manager. Automatic export to Mailchimp or Zapier is a "pro" feature per the same article. We found no help article on downloading the media kit itself as a PDF, though the pricing page says you can share it by PDF.

Who Beacons is worth it for

  • Creators who want one free page for links, a store and a media kit that updates itself.
  • Creators who sell enough digital products to make Creator Plus pay for itself by dropping the 9% fee.
