UGC rate calculator
Price a UGC brief the way brands buy it: a base rate per video, then each add-on on its own line. Every starting number comes from a published source listed below the calculator, and every one is yours to change.

Your rates sit on your portfolio page and turn into a quote a brand can accept. Contracts and invoices made from each deal come next: get an email when they open.
How the quote is built
The base rate covers one finished, edited video with organic use on the brand's own channels. Paid usage, whitelisting, exclusivity, raw footage and rush are a percentage of the video subtotal, the way the sources describe them. Hooks, photo sets and extra revision rounds are flat per item.
Two add-ons have no published figure: exclusivity and extra revisions. They start empty so you set your own. No source gives a usage fee for under three months either, so the shortest term here is three months.
Send the quote with the proposal template, then put the same lines in your contract and invoice.

Questions creators ask
+How much should a beginner UGC creator charge?
Published per-video rates start around $99 (Billo) and $100 (Insense), with Influee putting the typical video at about $175. Start near the low end with your first briefs and raise your base as your portfolio and results grow.
+How do you price UGC usage rights?
As a percentage of the base rate that grows with the term. Influee puts paid ad usage at 20–30% for 3 months, 25–40% for 6 months, 30–50% for a year and 100–150% for perpetual use. Organic use on the brand’s own pages is usually included.
+What is the difference between usage rights and whitelisting?
Usage rights let the brand run your video as an ad from its own accounts. Whitelisting (Spark Ads on TikTok) runs the ad from your handle, which uses your name and audience, so it is priced on top, usually per month.
+Should UGC creators charge for hooks?
Yes. Extra hooks are new openings the brand can test, and Influee lists them at about $50 each.
