Privacy policy
Last updated November 2026. UGC Creator Portfolio is run from Canada and follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect as little as we can.
The calculators
Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser. Your rates, follower counts and stats are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
What we collect from you
- Early-access list: your email and the consent sentence you ticked, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Account: your email, name and a hashed password, if you create one.
- Contact messages: what you write and the email you give, so we can reply.
- Payments: Creator Pro is billed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Your portfolio: the handle, name, bio, links, samples, brands and audience numbers you add. Once you publish, they are public at your /@handle page and media kit; uploaded files sit on our CDN. Unpublish or delete them any time.
- Briefs sent to a creator: the name, email, brand and message a brand sends through a portfolio's form. We store it and email it to that creator, who sees the sender's email so they can reply.
- Rate cards, quotes and deals: the prices on your rate card; the deliverables a brand picks for an instant quote, the quote and any edits you make; and your deals, whether an accepted quote started them or you added them yourself (brand, contact, price, terms, due dates, deliverables and your notes). Rates show publicly only where you switch them on. Quotes, deals and deal notes are private to you.
- Quote answers to brands: when a creator accepts or declines a brand's quote, we email the brand that answer and the quote, with the creator's sign-in email as the reply-to address so the brand can answer them. Creators can switch this off on their Portfolio page.
Analytics and cookies
We count visits and which pages are used, without names, emails or IP addresses, to learn which tools are useful. If Google Analytics is turned on, it sets cookies to do the same. A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. There are no ads.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site for us: our hosting provider, Resend (email), Stripe (payments) and Google (analytics). We don't sell or rent personal information.
Your rights
