Canva is where most creators make their first media kit and portfolio. It’s a design tool, so the page looks how you make it look, and the numbers are whatever you typed. These alternatives keep the stats current, take bookings or get you paid.

- **Templates:** its media kit page lists 430 templates "that you can customize and download"; the free plan has 1.6+ million templates in all, Pro 3.6+ million.
- **A website:** Canva Websites publish free on a xyz.my.canva.site address, up to five live sites on the free plan. Buying a domain through Canva or connecting your own needs Pro.
- **Downloads:** PDF, JPG and PNG on every plan.
- **Price:** free, or Pro at CA$142 a year for one person (Canva showed us CAD prices from Canada; yours may be in your currency).

## Reasons you might look elsewhere

- **Stats go stale.** A Canva media kit holds the follower and view counts you typed the day you made it.
- **No booking or payments.** A brand still has to email you, and you still send the invoice yourself.
- **A custom domain needs Pro** or a domain bought through Canva.
